1. When does my box ship?

If you create your subscription between the 1st of the month to the 15th, your first box ships on the close to the 15th of the month (depending on postal holidays). If you create your subscription between the 15th and the end of the month, your first box will ship in about a week of your initial order.

You’ll receive update emails notifying you of your package’s whereabouts throughout the shipping process so you will know where your package is, every step of the way.
