My package was marked as delivered, but has not reached me. What do I do?
Packages may be marked “delivered” before arrival and can take a few days to show up. If it hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, check with your local post office first, then contact us at support@freedomjapanesemarket.com.
My box is missing an item or is damaged. What should I do?
We handle every box with care but can’t control transit damage. If a snack is missing, email us at support@freedomjapanesemarket.com with photos, and we’ll fix it immediately.
Am i going to pay additional customs fees?
Customs fees and taxes are not included and are the subscriber’s responsibility. Regulations vary by country, and we have no control over import taxes. While we pay taxes in Japan, we take steps to minimize customs charges on your shipment.
Why isn’t my package moving?
We ship quickly, but transit delays are beyond our control. Customs inspections may slow delivery, so monitor your tracking for updates.
Will my package be delayed in customs?
Check customs regulations before ordering to avoid delays. All boxes go through customs, which may slow delivery. EU shipments may require a Passport No., Tax ID, or duty payment for clearance.
Will my box arrive by a specific date?
Orders typically arrive in 1-3 weeks, but international shipping can be unpredictable. If your box hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, contact us at support@freedomjapanesemarket.com, and we’ll assist you.
