How does the subscription system work?

Subscribing is easy and commitment-free!
Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: Sign up and get charged for your first box immediately.

  • Step 2: Your first box ships soon after the subscription is completed.

  • Step 3: For monthly subscriptions:

    • Payments are automatically charged on the 15th of each month.

    • You’ll receive a reminder email 5 days before subscription fees are collected.

  • Step 4: For multi-month subscriptions:

    • Payment for your next term will be charged on the 15th of the month after your last box ships.

    • Reminder email also comes 5 days before next subscription payment is collected.

No paperwork. No hassle. Cancel anytime.

📦 How can I purchase a single box?

While we’re a subscription service, you can still get just one box! Here’s how:

  • Subscribe normally

  • Pay for your first box

  • Unsubscribe right after (see: “How do I cancel my subscription?” tab)

🎁 This is also a great option for sending a gift!
Even if you cancel right away, your first box will still be shipped once payment is received.

💡 Note: You won’t be charged again or receive additional boxes after canceling.

🎁 Can I send my box as a gift?

Absolutely! Sending a snack box is a fun and easy gift idea.

To send as a gift:

  • Enter the recipient’s address at checkout (use your own for billing).

  • Email us a custom message from out contact us page, and we’ll include it in the first box!

💰 What is your refund policy?

We want your experience to be clear and fair.

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable, so please cancel before your next renewal date.

  • Reminder emails are sent before each charge to help you manage your plan.

⚠️ In cases of payment disputes or suspected fraud:

  • We may pause your subscription or shipments.

  • Final decisions on disputes will be handled by PayPal or Stripe.

🔄 Why did my subscription renew?

Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • You’ll receive a reminder email 5 days before the next billing date.

  • If you don’t cancel before renewal, your card will be charged.

  • Charges are non-refundable once the payment is processed.

📦 You will still receive the box associated with the latest charge.

🔧 How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Open your welcome email from when you first subscribed.

  2. Scroll down and click the Customer Portal Account link.

  3. Log in using your email and any required information.

  4. Once inside, find your Subscription Status – if it says Active (green box), proceed to cancel.

  5. Click the Manage button under the Subscription section.

  6. Select “Cancel Subscription.”

  7. (Optional) You’ll be asked to share your reason for canceling—it helps us improve!
    📝 You can also let us know if this was just a one-time gift box.

  8. Click the final “Cancel Subscription” button.

🔁 Your subscription will stay active through the current billing period.
The green “Active” label will change to grey “Non-renewing.”


📦 What Happens Next?

✅ Any boxes you’ve already paid for will still be shipped.
